In 2002, armed with a second-hand chiller van, years of experience in the cold-chain logistics sector and a rigorous determination to succeed, Cool Express was launched.
From day one, the team understood the value of efficient and friendly customer service. He and his team have devoted themselves to building unshakeable customer loyalty - loyalty based on the three pillars of efficiency, attention to detail and focused personal service. It’s with these qualities that Cool Express has developed into the successful business that it is today - still learning, still growing, still delivering a world-class refrigerated transport service.
Our vehicles
We’ve built our success with you and your business in mind - investing in the most up-to-date temperature-controlled vehicle fleet. Our vans operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re based in Northamptonshire, at the heart of the UK’s road network. We use the latest GPS Powertrack technology. This enables us to adjust pre-mapped routes, in case of traffic jams or roadworks. We also keep track of your consignment, across the UK and Europe - day and night.

Key to our continuing commitment to customer service is our team of dedicated drivers. We never sub-contract our work. We train our team of drivers to the highest standard, ensuring they ‘re friendly, professional, disciplined and self-motivated. We make sure they share our ethos, our vision, our customer-centred focus. Being our most valuable asset, we of course look after them. They in turn will look after your most valuable asset - your refrigerated consignment.
